Eating Well

Eating is a very personal issue, so I’m not going to try to
tell you how to eat – sorry! (There are already too
many “Stomach Religions” many who will. They have
their own dogma of Do’s and Don’ts)
My experience and belief is that each must find their
own way as to what works for their individual body.
Certainly, it is important to separate what works vs.
what doesn’t – and this takes many years of trial and
error. The Good News is that you have already been
doing this for many years.
There are basic principles that ALL Good Eating Habits
Preferably contain, Eat foods that are:
Quality
Clean
Pure
Whole
Closely Sourced
Well-Rounded
In Season
The 80/20 Principle applies here –
Preferably eat quality 80% of the time
Eat until you are 80% full…
